This policy describes how we handle your personal data in the game Příští vystupuju! and its related services (your account and the Kudy? journey planner).
Who processes your data

What data and why
To provide the game to you (contract):
- account: email, name and password, or sign-in through another service (e.g. Google),
- game: nickname, avatar, games played, level, Kačky and in-game purchases,
- payments: what you bought, when and for how much; the law also requires us to keep these records. Only the payment gateway sees card numbers,
- your location, if you allow it in the Kudy? planner, to plan your journey and tell you when to get off.
To keep the service secure and working (legitimate interest):
- IP address, device, browser and sign-ins, to secure your account,
- play statistics and error reports under a random device ID, to fix bugs and improve the game; you can turn statistics off in the game's Settings,
- messages you send us, to handle them.
With your consent:
- your email for news, including measuring whether you read it. You can withdraw consent through the link in every email.
You cannot create an account without an email and password (or sign-in through another service). Everything else is optional.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with suppliers who help us run the service: hosting in the EU, email delivery, the payment gateway, the service you sign in with, and map services. Some of them are based outside the EU (mainly in the USA); such transfers rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses. In multiplayer games, other players see your nickname, avatar and in-game look. We give data to authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Account and game data for as long as your account exists. After you ask to delete your account you have 30 days to change your mind; then we delete or anonymise it.
- Payment records for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Play statistics for at most 1 year, error reports and your messages for 90 days, technical records only as long as needed to keep the service secure.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can export your data and delete your account yourself in your account settings; otherwise write to us. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
Children
If you are under 15, you may create an account only with a parent's consent.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, and we will tell you in advance about significant changes.
